It has been in existence in various incarnations since 1956. The Board oversees 8 zones (including Tobago), over 150 teams and directly supervises some 20 competitions per year. In addition, there are several affiliated organizations, including the Women’s cricket board, the Umpires and Scores Council and the Primary and Secondary Schools Leagues. In modernizing its operations the TTCB has established this website and is computerizing its accounting and communications functions to allow the staff to work more productively and effectively. It is envisaged that the TTCB website will be the definitive resource for information about cricket in Trinidad and Tobago to administrators, fans, the media and other stake holders. The Board sees its primary role as re-enforcing the cricketing infrastructure in the country to enable our teams to develop to their full potential and to enhance the standard of cricket in Trinidad and Tobago and the West Indies.
