Santa Maria get South East win
February 23, 2010

ACCURATE bowling by Keston Riviero and Ricardo Morales enabled Santa Maria to secure a 13-run win in the Jack Warner sponsored South East Zone Twenty20 tournament.

Riviero took three for 15 and Morales two for 12 to dismiss Cedar Hill for 108 chasing after being set 122 run for victory. Vishal Sarjoo and Ranjiv Gang both scored 27 runs but Cedar Hill did not recover from their dismissals.

Earlier, Rajesh Dhanesar and Morales both scored 16 runs in leading Santa Maria to a modest score after Jerome Jodah with the assistance of Sarjoo took four wickets each dismiss Santa Maria for 121.
