TTCB – Results Cariah slams century for North East U19s DASHING allrounder, Yannic Cariah scored a century and claimed two wickets yesterday to put North East in a strong position against South East in the BG TT Inter Zone Under-19 match at Squadron Ground in Arouca. West Indies Under-19 allrounder, Cariah smashed 121 which included several spectacular sweep shots and cover-drives against the South East spin attack. He enabled North East to close on 219 with Kendon Sutton chipping in with 25 runs. Kerwyn Surju took five for 45 and national under-19 spinner, Vikash Rampersad took three for 50. South East in reply were 91 for five at the close of play. Cariah took two for 26 with his leg-spin as the South East batsmen struggled against his variation and precise line and length.
