First Trace win easily in Bamboo
April 4, 2010

FIRST Trace cruised to an easy eight-wicket victory over Silver Sports Club in the Bamboo Cricket League Windball Tournament on Good Friday.

Silvers Sports Club batting first struggled against First Trace bowlers Kevin Ramgarib and Keon Issac. Ramgarin took three for 22 and Keon Issac, two for 18, as the duo maintained a consistent line and length. They ensured that Silvers Sports Club were restricted to 70 for seven from their 12 overs.

Kevin Atwaroo then paced First Trace run chase with an unbeaten knock of 38. He easily negotiated the Silvers Sports Club bowling attack as First Trace ended on 72 for two from 8.2 overs to secure a comfortable victory.
