Warwell set highest Tableland score
April 4, 2010

WARWELL United scored the highest total in the Tableland Windball Cricket League recently when they crushed Simplex Sports Club by 102 runs at the George Village Recreation in Tableland.

Amando Patterson’s unbeaten innings of 39 gave Warewell United the foundation for their record score. Junior Gomez slammed 29 not out and Erasto Flores 17 as Warewell United scored 141 for three in 12 overs.

Simplex Sports Club were never in the run chase and struggled to 39 for seven. Kurdane Patterson took two for one and Nicholas Gomez two for seven.
